Matt Dufrene is a collaborative, results-focused leader with a passion for positively
impacting communities, families, and individuals. He is especially adept at
relationship management; change management, including strategy and
implementation; employee management and development; sales and negotiation; and
volunteer management and coordination. In his previous role as Vice President
of Major Gifts with United Way of Tarrant County, Matt focused on outcomes,
leading his team in maintaining and generating new sponsorships, major donors
and Federal and foundation grants, while encouraging collaboration and
maximizing the innate strengths and talents of individuals and his team. Matt is a born advocate and also uses his
professional skills to serve his community through active engagement in boards
and committees for several non-profit organizations and associations, as well
as the City of Fort Worth. Matt is an avid outdoorsman and cyclist and loves
living in Fort Worth with his wife, MaryAnn, their son, Hogan, their two black
labs, and one rescue mutt.
