Formerly a project manager at the national headquarters of the American Heart Association, Symphony successfully planned, organized and controlled project plans to support the mission of the organization’s CPR & First Aid division. Her responsibilities included managing requirements and expectations of internal and external stakeholders, overseeing project scheduling, monitoring milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, task durations and deadlines. Previously she was the Tradeshow and Events Manager for the same organization, developing a critical eye for deadlines and budgets. She holds a BS degree in Journalism from Florida A&M University.
