Clay comes to us from Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group. Prior to that, he worked as Regional Manager and Real Estate Developer for Daddy Jack’s Lobster and Chowder House, where he controlled approximately $3.1 million in annual revenue between two locations. He also has extensive experience in product management, payroll, human resources, and investor relations. Clay is a Partner and Operator of Embargo Catering and Concessions, and a Residential Real Estate Investment Proprietor and Developer. Proficient in Spanish, he holds a Business Management degree from the University of Texas Arlington. Clay is an active cyclist and often rides his bike to work.
