Carol previously worked for The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza where she oversaw all marketing and communications efforts for the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Her efforts resulted in more than 14 billion media impressions for the museum during the commemoration. She earlier handled account service for a local Fort Worth advertising agency, and served as Director of Marketing for the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History where she was instrumental in the successful rebranding and opening of its new facility. Carol is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America, and past president of the Greater Fort Worth Chapter. She holds a BS degree from Texas A&M University and an MS in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Champagne-Urbana.
